How do you prioritise messages?
Existing customer projects always come first. We read what comes in and work through new messages by priority, so there's no fixed turnaround.
What should I include?
A sentence or two on what you're trying to do, plus any constraints or a deadline. That's enough for a useful first reply, and we'll ask for the rest. The scope estimator gives you a rough size to paste in.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. A rough idea is plenty. Shaping vague problems into a clear scope is part of how we work, and that first conversation is where it starts. If you like a structure to think in, our scope template is free.
Who will I be talking to?
The people who do the work, not a sales layer. You get straight answers from someone who can speak to both the product and the technical side.
