Do you take over systems you didn't develop?
Sometimes. We start with an advisory review to see how it's built and where the risks sit, then agree the scope in writing.
How fast do you respond?
Production issues come first, always. Beyond that we work by priority rather than a fixed clock, and firmer agreements are part of the plan we shape together.
What does a plan look like?
Scoped per system and agreed up front: what we look after, which upkeep is included, and how improvements are handled. No vague retainers. Our software health check is the self-assessment version.
Can we change the plan later?
Yes. When something becomes more critical, gets replaced or winds down, we adjust the arrangement in writing.
