Our own product

Care coordination shaped for real schedules, routes, and teams

Routeez is a care planning and coordination system for care professionals, coordination teams and healthcare organisations. It is our own product, and it is not launched yet: this page tells you what it is meant to do and exactly where it stands.

In development. Not available yet.

The friction

What Routeez is aimed at

Care happens in the field. The planning happens at a desk. Between those two, a day rarely survives intact.

  1. Plans that move during the day

A schedule that was right this morning gets rewritten by an absence, an urgent visit or a road that is closed. Someone has to redo it, usually by hand.

  2. Routes and people planned apart

Who is available, who is assigned and what a sensible route looks like are three questions that rarely get answered in the same place.

  3. Administration that eats the day

Every re-plan leaves a trail of calls, messages and corrections. That is time that does not reach the people being cared for.

The intent

What Routeez is meant to do

This is the capability set we are building towards. It describes intent, not a product you can switch on today.

  • Smart scheduling and assignment

Scheduling and assignment logic that does the reasoning, instead of a grid that someone fills in by hand.

  • Care route planning and optimisation

Routes treated as routes, planned and optimised, rather than a list of addresses in the order they were entered.

  • Availability and workforce coordination

Availability and team coordination kept in one place, so a change to one is visible in the other.

  • Operational insight while you plan

Insight aimed at live planning decisions, at the moment the decision is made rather than in a report afterwards.

  • Interfaces that reduce administrative drag

A simple and elegant interface is the standard we hold Routeez to, because friction is exactly the thing being removed.

Status

Where Routeez stands today

Routeez is not launched. There is no sign-up, no pricing and no trial, because there is nothing yet for you to buy.

It is in development, and its next launch step is partner-led. We would rather walk the remaining stretch with a care organisation that will actually use it than push it out on our own and hope.

So it stays visible here as portfolio proof: it shows how we approach care coordination, and it is honest about being work in progress.

Routeez does not come out of nowhere

We have been building software for the Belgian care sector for years, for clients we are allowed to name. These were client projects, not Routeez. What they gave us is the domain understanding this product is built on.

  • Wit-Gele Kruis East Flanders

A secured care-request website where referring doctors, health funds and hospitals arrange home nursing digitally instead of by phone. Live three months after the first working group, and still refined together as usage grows.

  • ZORG Magazine

The Belgian trade magazine for care leaders, online: news filtered by sector and theme, an events calendar, subscriptions, and articles that continue behind a member login.

    Read the project
  • Hospindex & Carehomesindex

The annual reference works for Belgian hospitals and residential care, kept current by the organisations themselves through their own logins, and exported straight into the printed edition.

For care organisations that recognise this

Routeez will be shaped by the organisations that help build it. If planning, routes and availability are a daily fight where you work, we would like to hear how, and talk about what a pilot could look like.
